Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and native platform features to enhance business workflows and user experience.
- Lead architecture and support for end-to-end Go-To-Market processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, quoting, billing, revenue recognition, and renewals.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Revenue Cloud (ARM) implementations to increase operational efficiency and user adoption.
- Create and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as NetSuite, HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator using APIs and middleware like Workato.
- Design and deploy AI-driven Salesforce solutions, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, intelligent workflows, agents, and automations to boost productivity and customer engagement.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using SFDX, GitHub, VS Code, and tools like Gearset or Copado to support testing, deployment, and audit-compliant change management.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, development best practices, and governance policies while guiding stakeholders toward scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure platform security, data integrity, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and SOX.
- Work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to convert business needs into technical implementations.
- Provide technical leadership by setting coding standards, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and shaping enterprise-wide Salesforce strategy.
