- Implement tools and systems to improve data accuracy
- Assist in designing incentive compensation plans
- Monitor sales metrics and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing and finance
- Evaluate CRM data integrity and recommend improvements
- Lead projects to enhance sales technology stack
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Document operational procedures and best practices
- Provide ad hoc analysis for executive decision-making
- Track and report on sales team productivity
- Identify automation opportunities in sales processes
- Support onboarding and training for new sales tools
- Manage sales territory and quota planning inputs
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards
- Work with regional teams to align global strategies
