Deel is hiring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst

About the Role

This role focuses on improving sales efficiency through data analysis, reporting, and operational support. The individual will collaborate with leadership to drive scalable practices and optimize performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership review
  • Support sales forecasting and pipeline management processes
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to define key performance indicators
  • Streamline sales operations workflows for efficiency
  • Implement tools and systems to improve data accuracy
  • Assist in designing incentive compensation plans
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing and finance
  • Evaluate CRM data integrity and recommend improvements
  • Lead projects to enhance sales technology stack
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Document operational procedures and best practices
  • Provide ad hoc analysis for executive decision-making
  • Track and report on sales team productivity
  • Identify automation opportunities in sales processes
  • Support onboarding and training for new sales tools
  • Manage sales territory and quota planning inputs
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards
  • Work with regional teams to align global strategies

Nice to Have

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar tools
  • Familiarity with BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau
  • Knowledge of GDPR or international data regulations
  • Prior work in remote-first organizations
