Porch Group, Inc. is hiring a Senior Sales Manager, India

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and hire new sales team members.
  • Build and maintain a strong culture of performance, accountability, and growth.
  • Monitor and manage QA scores across the team to ensure high service and sales standards.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to improve individual and team performance.
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget KPI goals for the MX sales team.
  • Develop strategies and action plans to ensure consistent attainment of revenue and productivity targets.
  • Enhance team member sales capabilities through training, mentoring, and targeted skill building initiatives.
  • Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans.
  • Compile, track, and validate team commission data.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of all compensation-related metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of)
  • Strong analytical and coaching skills
  • Proven success hitting revenue and performance KPIs
  • Experience managing commissions and sales operations required

Additional Information

  • This role requires full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. Central Time business hours (11:30 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST). A Night Shift Allowance is applicable for this position in line with company policy.
  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
