Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and hire new sales team members.
- Build and maintain a strong culture of performance, accountability, and growth.
- Monitor and manage QA scores across the team to ensure high service and sales standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching to improve individual and team performance.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget KPI goals for the MX sales team.
- Develop strategies and action plans to ensure consistent attainment of revenue and productivity targets.
- Enhance team member sales capabilities through training, mentoring, and targeted skill building initiatives.
- Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans.
- Compile, track, and validate team commission data.
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of all compensation-related metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of)
- Strong analytical and coaching skills
- Proven success hitting revenue and performance KPIs
- Experience managing commissions and sales operations required

Additional Information
- This role requires full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. Central Time business hours (11:30 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST). A Night Shift Allowance is applicable for this position in line with company policy.
