About the Role

The position involves leading sales initiatives to acquire new clients and strengthen existing accounts within a performance-driven environment using data-informed strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts to identify and convert high-value prospects
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial contact to contract closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with client needs
  • Analyze market trends to uncover new sales opportunities
  • Set and achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and contract documentation
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals effectively
  • Provide feedback from clients to inform product development
  • Stay updated on competitive landscape and industry developments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies during sales processes
  • Support onboarding of new clients post-sale
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines and forecast accurately
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives within existing accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and features
  • Work closely with marketing on lead generation campaigns
  • Contribute to strategy development for regional market expansion
