About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales agreements

  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings
  • Stay updated on competitive landscape and positioning
  • Provide feedback from clients to product and strategy teams
  • Support onboarding of new clients post-sale
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Work with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals
  • Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of prospects and accounts
  • Adapt communication style to different client profiles
  • Drive pipeline growth through proactive outreach

  • Contribute to development of sales playbooks and processes
