As the Senior Sales Manager for Chile, you will lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, with full ownership of revenue performance across the country. Based in Santiago, you will build and manage a robust local pipeline, targeting key sectors including financial services, education, mining, public sector, telecoms, and device financing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle enterprise sales, managing complex deals from initial outreach through contract finalization
- Develop and execute a localized go-to-market strategy, identifying high-impact verticals and market opportunities
- Lead technical sales discussions involving integrations, APIs, and DevOps workflows
- Establish and grow relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives
- Expand revenue within existing accounts through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and new use cases
- Collaborate with product, onboarding, and leadership teams to align client needs with solution capabilities
- Maintain accurate forecasting and ensure pipeline integrity with disciplined tracking practices
Qualifications
You bring at least six years of B2B enterprise sales experience in Chile, with a proven record in technology sales—software, cloud, telecom, or infrastructure. You have successfully closed multi-stakeholder deals valued at $500k+ in annual recurring revenue, particularly in fintech, financial institutions, or telecom environments.
Comfort in technical conversations around APIs, integrations, and digital transformation is essential. You operate with a hunter mindset, possess strong closing skills, and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. High emotional intelligence and structured problem-solving abilities are critical, as is fluency in professional English.
