About the Role
This position is responsible for driving sales of QA software testing products within the private sector, identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and working closely with technical teams to tailor solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the private sector
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Present and demonstrate QA software testing solutions to potential clients
- Understand client technical environments and testing challenges
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to develop tailored proposals
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Stay informed about industry trends in software testing and quality assurance
- Represent the company at virtual and in-person industry events
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client requirements
- Work cross-functionally with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Develop account plans for strategic clients
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
- Support onboarding of new clients post-sale
- Respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings
- Coach junior sales team members when required
- Drive customer retention through proactive engagement
- Report on sales performance metrics regularly
- Align sales strategy with overall business objectives
- Handle objections and resolve client concerns professionally
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions
