Insurity is hiring a Senior Sales Enterprise Application Administrator

Lead the administration and optimization of enterprise sales applications, with a primary focus on Salesforce and integrated sales and marketing platforms. This role ensures reliable system performance, data integrity, and seamless user experiences across the sales technology stack. You will serve as a technical and functional expert, supporting Sales Operations and leadership with reporting, automation, and process enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain core sales systems, including configuration, user support, and issue resolution
  • Design and deploy custom reports, dashboards, and data views tailored to business needs
  • Empower sales and marketing teams by enabling automation and self-service analytics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system and data issues across integrated platforms
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, SOPs, and knowledge sharing
  • Deliver training sessions and on-demand demonstrations to improve tool adoption
  • Support integration initiatives, including AI-driven transformation projects
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices
  • Monitor data flows across systems to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Stay current with platform updates, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation
  • Advise on access controls and permissions to maintain compliance and security

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have deep experience administering enterprise applications such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, along with proficiency in Power BI, Smartsheet, and advanced Excel. Familiarity with CPQ tools, AI search platforms, and financial systems is advantageous. You must demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile methodologies and change management is essential. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are required to succeed in this role.
