Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical sales professionals to support revenue growth
- Provide coaching and career development for team members
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to align technical resources with business goals
- Oversee pre-sales support for complex customer opportunities
- Drive technical validation processes during customer evaluations
- Ensure consistent delivery of product demonstrations and solution presentations
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Serve as a primary escalation point for technical and sales challenges
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback
- Support major deal pursuits with hands-on technical leadership
- Promote best practices in solution design and security architecture
- Manage resource allocation across territories and accounts
- Develop onboarding and training plans for new hires
- Foster collaboration between sales, engineering, and support functions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscape and industry trends
