About the Role
Collaborates with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process for patient monitoring systems, translating clinical requirements into product solutions and delivering product demonstrations tailored to customer environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical presentations and live product demonstrations to clinical and IT stakeholders
- Collaborate with account executives to identify customer needs and propose appropriate system configurations
- Provide detailed specifications and integration plans for monitoring equipment
- Respond to technical inquiries during procurement and evaluation phases
- Support bid responses with accurate system documentation and compliance details
- Conduct site assessments to ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure
- Assist in the development of customer-specific proposals and quotes
- Coordinate with engineering teams to relay field feedback and feature requests
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards in medical device technology
- Participate in training programs to stay current on product advancements
- Troubleshoot pre-sales technical challenges and configuration issues
- Act as a liaison between clinical users and technical development teams
- Present at trade shows and industry events to showcase product capabilities
- Support post-sales handoff to implementation and service teams
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity requirements in system design
