About the Role

This role involves partnering with the sales team to engage with prospective clients, delivering technical expertise during the sales cycle, and translating customer requirements into effective solution demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client objectives and technical environments
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept initiatives
  • Respond to technical inquiries from potential customers
  • Translate business challenges into technical solutions using platform capabilities
  • Participate in RFP responses and technical evaluations
  • Conduct workshops and technical deep dives with client teams
  • Gather market and customer feedback to inform product development
  • Support the creation of technical sales materials and use case examples
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and industry trends
  • Assist in defining integration strategies for customer environments
  • Work closely with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure continuity
  • Identify technical blockers in sales cycles and propose resolutions
  • Engage with stakeholders across IT, operations, and development teams
  • Present at customer events, webinars, and industry conferences
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards during evaluations
