Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering role within manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of IT and OT systems, with the ability to design and explain integrated manufacturing solutions.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical approach to designing solutions for customer challenges.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
- Must be located in Mexico.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience in discrete manufacturing, either working directly at a manufacturer or selling into manufacturing environments
- Ability to write sample code, build custom dashboards, or otherwise tailor technical artifacts to support demos, pilots, or PoCs
- Comfort navigating complex sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders
- Strong curiosity and willingness to go deep into customer problems to design the right solution
- Additional languages are a strong plus for supporting global customers
