Responsibilities
- Lead the global sales and marketing function for designated customers in the Latin America region at an executive level.
- Drive revenue growth by shaping and overseeing commercial operating policies and financial planning.
- Negotiate and implement commercial agreements independently.
- Engage directly with clients in Latin America to promote and sell products, services, spare parts, and tailored business solutions.
- Build deep commercial knowledge across specific countries, product portfolios, market segments, sales methodologies, or customer categories in the region.
- Shape strategic direction and ensure performance delivery across broad or complex sales areas.
- Assess internal and external business challenges and suggest improvements to products, processes, or service offerings.
- Monitor industry developments and use insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Guide teams in developing innovative approaches to solve intricate business, product, or sales-related challenges.
- Assess the reliability of incoming data and identify inconsistencies requiring further investigation.
- Leverage diverse internal and external resources beyond one's immediate team to support decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with moderate scale, risk, and complexity.
- Convey complex information clearly and negotiate effectively with internal parties to shift perspectives.
- Influence peer groups to act and conduct negotiations with external clients to secure business outcomes.

- Applicant must reside in the greater Miami, Florida area.
- Approximately 15% domestic and 25% international travel is required to unplanned customer locations for sales execution activities such as bidding, commercial negotiations, and solution design, as well as to company sites for meetings and conferences.
