We’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to lead outbound efforts in generating new business opportunities. You’ll focus on identifying and connecting with potential clients across global markets using phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms. Your outreach will lay the foundation for qualified sales conversations and long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead outbound prospecting initiatives to engage decision-makers in B2B environments
  • Conduct cold calls and craft targeted messages to spark interest and schedule meetings
  • Manage multi-channel outreach sequences, primarily through LinkedIn and email
  • Adapt communication style to different industries, roles, and regions
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to advance conversations and build trust

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales development with a track record of generating qualified opportunities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (C2)
  • Fluency in Spanish or Italian at C2 level; French is an advantage
  • Proven success in cold calling, email outreach, and sales sequencing
  • Self-driven mindset with strong organizational skills in a remote setting
  • Ability to handle rejection, stay resilient, and keep momentum
  • Comfort engaging with executives and understanding business needs quickly
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree is a plus
