Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of SailPoint ISC solutions, configuring identity sources, access profiles, roles, policies, and workflows for diverse industry clients
- Convert business and regulatory requirements into effective and scalable Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) architectures
- Design and implement integrations between SailPoint ISC and enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, databases, and custom applications using available connectors and APIs
- Build access certification campaigns, access request processes, separation of duties (SoD) frameworks, and lifecycle event configurations within SailPoint ISC
- Customize and extend workflows using SailPoint’s built-in workflow designer, JavaScript-based logic, and REST/SCIM APIs
- Facilitate technical discovery sessions, gather requirements, and lead solution design workshops with client teams
- Provide expert guidance on identity governance strategies, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certification best practices
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical challenges during implementation and in post-production support phases
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration instructions, and operational runbooks
- Coach and guide junior team members on SailPoint ISC implementation standards and recommended practices
- Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent quality and on-time delivery
- Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to project scoping, effort estimation, and technical demonstrations
- Remain informed about SailPoint product updates, new capabilities, and evolving trends in identity and access management
