Responsibilities
- Lead the development of core systems for Cryptio's SaaS accounting platform, ensuring robust and scalable customer workflows
- Architect, optimise, and maintain data-heavy solutions for financial reporting, reconciliation, and ledger automation
- Collaborate with staff engineers, product, and other teams to deliver features aligned with customer and business needs
- Identify, troubleshoot, and proactively resolve performance issues at scale
- Mentor and support the growth of engineers across the squad
- Contribute to codebase reliability by documenting best practices and enabling knowledge sharing across the company
Requirements
- Ships production software in Rust; owns systems end to end
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Communicates clearly in English; collaborates well with other engineers
- Mentors, reviews code, and shares technical context
- Thinks analytically; motivated to build core crypto-finance infrastructure
