Ventrata is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing how tours and tickets are sold worldwide. This is an opportunity to be part of a small team within a larger engineering organization at a rapidly growing company.
What You'll Do
- Optimize and refactor our core ‘Dashboard’ application.
- Integrate new payment processing methods.
- Develop new features defined within the product roadmap.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
- Manage our database and external services.
- Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.
