Responsibilities
- Plans and achieves objectives using professional judgment and prior experience.
- Establishes and manages project timelines independently.
- Conducts on-the-job training for new team members.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards, performance criteria, specifications, and applicable codes through regular inspections.
- Conducts daily field inspections and accurately documents findings.
- Engages in punch list activities, testing procedures, and commissioning processes.
- Monitors and reports progress in quality assurance initiatives.
- Contributes to documentation required for area and equipment handovers.
