Responsibilities
- Manage the complete onboarding pipeline, overseeing risk evaluation for new clients from initial sign-up to first transaction while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Establish foundational frameworks by designing standards, scalable workflows, and comprehensive SOPs for the Risk Operations team.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Customer Support to assess and mitigate risk without engaging customers directly.
- Perform in-depth KYB assessments using a risk-based methodology, including analysis of complex corporate ownership structures.
- Lead the adoption and enhancement of technology platforms like AiPrise, ComplyAdvantage, and Onfido to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to evaluate process performance and implement improvements across the team.
