Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a technical strategy that aligns with all stages of the revenue lifecycle.
- Assist in advancing the organization's artificial intelligence initiatives related to revenue operations.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and help define technology roadmaps.
- Analyze existing processes, integrations, and automated workflows to identify inefficiencies, suggest enhancements, and lead deployment efforts, including evaluating and acquiring new tools when necessary.
- Oversee daily interactions with vendors in the revenue technology ecosystem, including procurement assistance, contract renewals, and performance reviews.
- Work closely with departments such as Marketing Operations, IT, Sales Enablement, Privacy, Legal, and Revenue Strategy to ensure seamless integration and effective use of tools.
- Coordinate with operational teams to uphold compliance with standard procedures and maintain regular operational cadence for tool users, including access management, support, issue resolution, and system upkeep.
- Design and deploy reports and dashboards within revenue systems to boost performance and align with sales analytics teams on metric definitions.
- Deliver data-driven suggestions to streamline and enhance revenue workflows with an emphasis on scalability and growth enablement.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, support protocols, and troubleshooting steps to empower frontline sales teams and promote self-service.
Compensation
Sales positions may qualify for incentive compensation targeted at up to 100% of the base salary offered.
