About the Role
This role is responsible for shaping and executing revenue operations strategy across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment between sales, finance, and operations teams to support scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of revenue operations frameworks tailored to the EMEA market
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine forecasting models and improve accuracy
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics for revenue-generating teams
- Optimize CRM workflows and ensure data integrity across systems
- Drive process standardization across regional sales teams
- Support the rollout of new tools and technologies impacting revenue operations
- Partner with finance to align revenue planning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales cycle efficiency
- Provide actionable insights through regular reporting and dashboards
- Manage onboarding and training for revenue operations tools
- Evaluate pricing strategies and their impact on sales performance
- Ensure compliance with regional data regulations in operational processes
- Coordinate with marketing to align lead management with revenue goals
- Facilitate communication between global and regional revenue teams
- Monitor pipeline health and recommend improvements
- Assist in scaling operational processes during periods of growth
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual workloads
- Maintain documentation for all revenue operations procedures
- Support special projects related to sales transformation
