Drive revenue at scale through data, systems, and strategy. As Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you'll play a central role in shaping how our go-to-market engine evolves. You’ll bridge analytics and execution, turning complex data into clear actions that improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and refine pre-sales workflows, sales rep performance, data quality, and target achievement to increase productivity across the revenue team
- Design and implement revenue strategies in collaboration with internal teams to strengthen customer acquisition and engagement
- Define, track, and report on operational OKRs and KPIs that improve conversion rates and drive meaningful customer interactions
- Use data analysis to uncover growth opportunities, diagnose business challenges, and guide strategic planning
- Lead the rollout of new product initiatives, including vendor coordination, process design, and support frameworks
- Improve organizational effectiveness by leading cross-functional efforts to scale operations and refine workflows
- Evaluate existing technology tools to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and oversee implementation of new systems
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or related roles with a focus on tech-driven environments
- Proven ability to design, deploy, and optimize CRM workflows and integrations in alignment with business goals
- Strong analytical foundation with experience extracting insights from complex datasets using SQL, Excel, or Sheets
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau; familiarity with Python is a plus
- Track record of building scalable processes from the ground up—both for new products and existing operations
- Operational mindset focused on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align diverse teams around shared objectives
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, strategic narratives
