Responsibilities
- Own and optimize core revenue processes across the funnel (Marketing → Sales → Customer Success).
- Drive visibility and consistency across key metrics such as: - Pipeline generation and conversion - Revenue forecasting accuracy - MRR, ARR, churn, retention, and expansion
- Partner with sales leadership to define, track, and evolve strategic KPIs and revenue targets.
- Identify performance gaps and propose actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and growth.
- Support quarterly and annual planning cycles (targets, capacity, quotas, and coverage).
- Working with the Data Team to structure and maintain reliable datasets and reporting layers to support business decisions.
- Translate business needs into data requirements and analytical frameworks.
- Ensure data consistency across systems (CRM, Finance, Marketing, Product).
- Build and delivery data insights with analytics engineers of Data team to sales leadership
- Act as a key stakeholder in the evolution and governance of the RevOps tech stack, including: - CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) - Marketing platforms - Financial and billing systems (e.g., SAP) - BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
- Ensure proper usage, adoption, and data quality across systems.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering on tools such as Databricks and Google Cloud when needed.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders.
- Translate business challenges into structured analyses and scalable solutions.
- Facilitate alignment across teams on definitions, processes, and performance metrics.
- Support executive communication with clear, structured, and data-driven insights.
- Operate effectively in a dynamic, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics roles.
- Expertise in SQL and data analysis.
- Solid experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with Google ecosystem (BigQuery, Google Sheets).
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue models (MRR, ARR, LTV, CAC, churn).
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Ability to connect data with business context and drive actionable insights.
- Structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- High attention to detail combined with a strategic view.
- Results-oriented with focus on business impact.
