Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets (SQL, GraphQL, platform exports) to support reporting and analysis across influencer marketing campaigns
- Build, maintain, and optimize recurring reporting workflows and dashboards for campaign and creator performance
- Analyze influencer, content, and campaign performance data to identify trends, performance drivers, and actionable insights
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling, client-ready narratives with strategic recommendations (e.g., creator selection, content performance, budget allocation)
- Partner with internal stakeholders and client teams to define reporting requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting outputs and workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, data pipelines, and overall efficiency
- Provide feedback on platform reporting features and contribute to ongoing product and tooling improvements
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or digital / influencer marketing analytics
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with campaign or marketing performance data (social media, influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or similar)
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment and presenting insights to diverse stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in SQL (required) and experience querying large datasets
Nice to Have
- Experience with GraphQL or similar querying languages
- Familiarity with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
