About the Role

The Senior Recruiter will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving full-cycle recruitment for key roles. This role requires proactive sourcing, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a focus on candidate experience and diversity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level positions across technology and operations
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
  • Partner with department leaders to understand team needs and hiring priorities
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules
  • Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and support diversity initiatives
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning inputs
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence on talent trends
  • Build talent communities for hard-to-fill roles
  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums
  • Refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
  • Use data to measure and report on recruitment performance metrics
  • Support onboarding integration for newly hired team members
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen employer branding through recruitment activities
  • Stay current on recruitment technologies and tools
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners when needed
  • Contribute to team goals and knowledge sharing within the talent function
  • Drive initiatives to reduce time-to-fill and improve offer acceptance rates
  • Support organizational scaling through agile hiring strategies
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in talent acquisition
