About the Role
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialized positions, aligning hiring strategies with business goals, and delivering a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple job families across technology and go-to-market functions
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber talent in competitive markets
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluation criteria
- Conduct candidate assessments with a focus on skills, experience, and cultural alignment
- Manage interview scheduling and coordinate feedback collection from stakeholders
- Advocate for an inclusive hiring process that supports diversity and equity
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
- Represent the employer brand during all candidate interactions
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process
- Stay current on talent market trends and competitor hiring practices
- Use an applicant tracking system to maintain accurate candidate records
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and candidate engagement
- Partner with HR on workforce planning and talent forecasting initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout hiring
