- Promote hiring quality by guiding interview teams in structured evaluation methods and reducing bias, ensuring decisions are consistent, fair, and grounded in performance data for key roles.
- Design and manage the full-cycle recruitment journey for critical positions, including executive-level offer negotiation and closing techniques to attract top talent in a highly competitive environment.
