Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior sales executives to develop and implement long-term hiring strategies for federal and state, local, and education markets, aligning staffing goals with regional revenue and growth objectives.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the public sector talent landscape to proactively identify and connect with high-performing go-to-market professionals, creating a resilient talent pipeline responsive to future business demands.
  • Promote hiring quality by guiding interview teams in structured evaluation methods and reducing bias, ensuring decisions are consistent, fair, and grounded in performance data for key roles.
  • Design and manage the full-cycle recruitment journey for critical positions, including executive-level offer negotiation and closing techniques to attract top talent in a highly competitive environment.
