About the Role
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading global talent acquisition efforts from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring experience while supporting organizational expansion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified candidates for global positions
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across time zones
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations in hiring practices
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent sourcing
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring cycle
- Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Represent the talent acquisition function in team meetings
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
- Optimize candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
- Coordinate interviews with panel members across regions
- Evaluate candidate assessments in partnership with managers
- Drive time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics improvement
- Communicate employer value proposition to prospective hires
- Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism
- Align recruitment activities with company growth objectives
- Participate in employer branding efforts
- Conduct market research on talent availability and compensation trends
- Support onboarding integration for new international hires
- Troubleshoot hiring process bottlenecks
- Escalate critical hiring issues to senior HR stakeholders
- Ensure job postings reflect inclusive language and accessibility
- Foster long-term candidate relationships for future opportunities
Nice to Have
