Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT roles in staff augmentation and client-facing technology initiatives.
- Partner with hiring leads and delivery teams to define project staffing needs and translate them into precise candidate requirements.
- Proactively identify and engage in-demand IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, networking, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor, providing insights on market trends, candidate availability, and effective hiring approaches based on deep knowledge of the Kraków IT sector.
- Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines to meet recurring staffing demands.
- Maintain accurate and current candidate records, ensuring visibility across active and future project hiring needs.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates across multiple concurrent hiring processes.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to evaluate sourcing performance, time-to-fill, and talent market dynamics.
- Promote employer branding by participating in local IT events, meetups, conferences, and recruitment activities in Kraków.
