Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions across all levels and departments, from initial role exploration to final placement.
- Develop and apply data-informed sourcing techniques to identify, connect with, and assess high-quality candidates through market analysis and innovative outreach.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring leads by understanding organizational goals and tailoring talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams through consistent communication, clarity, and a focus on service excellence.
- Apply systematic recruiting methods, utilize applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, and uphold best-in-class pipeline management standards.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to refine and enhance recruitment workflows and efficiency.
- Contribute to talent acquisition programs including employer branding, process documentation, diversity initiatives, team development, and training activities.
- Develop a visible presence in the industry by building relationships with professionals and cultivating a pipeline of prospective talent.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors through active listening, open dialogue, team support, and responsiveness to input.
