About the Role

This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions in Germany, ensuring a strong candidate experience, aligning with hiring teams, and contributing to talent strategy during a period of organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across different business areas
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
  • Provide market insights and recruitment trends to stakeholders
  • Optimize the candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and data privacy laws
  • Participate in employer branding efforts and talent community building
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics with HR and department leads
  • Track key recruitment metrics and report on performance
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Adapt recruitment strategies based on business priorities
  • Engage with external partners such as recruitment agencies when needed
  • Promote a positive image of the organization to potential candidates
  • Contribute to process improvements in talent acquisition
  • Support leadership hiring initiatives when required
  • Drive timely closure of open positions with quality hires
