About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for German-speaking positions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs
- Manage candidate experience from application to offer stage
- Use data to track and improve hiring performance
- Collaborate with HR and talent teams on onboarding processes
- Represent the employer brand during candidate interactions
- Conduct market analysis to understand talent availability
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
- Participate in recruitment planning meetings
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress to stakeholders
- Evaluate recruitment channels for effectiveness
- Contribute to employer branding campaigns
- Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices
- Handle sensitive personnel information with confidentiality
- Drive time-to-hire improvements through process optimization
- Conduct reference and background checks as needed
- Negotiate offers in alignment with compensation guidelines
- Support international hiring compliance requirements
