Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations for the duration of the contract
- Ensure data accuracy across applicant tracking systems and reporting tools
- Optimize hiring workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Partner with talent acquisition teams to identify process bottlenecks
- Develop and maintain dashboards for key recruitment metrics
- Support integration and configuration of recruitment technologies
- Standardize reporting practices across regions and teams
- Lead change management during system updates or transitions
- Train team members on new tools and operational protocols
- Monitor compliance with data privacy and employment regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams on tool performance
- Document operational procedures and maintain knowledge bases
- Drive adoption of best practices in recruitment operations
- Evaluate current tools and recommend improvements
- Facilitate communication between HR, IT, and finance stakeholders
- Implement scalable solutions for high-volume hiring needs
- Audit recruitment data for consistency and completeness
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through data insights
- Track time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other performance indicators
- Ensure alignment between recruitment strategy and business objectives
