Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver new mobile application features using React Native.
- Maintain and optimize the existing React Native codebase for performance and reliability.
- Shape the evolution of mobile architecture, system design, and long-term technical direction.
- Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to build scalable and effective solutions.
- Establish and uphold high standards for mobile reliability, performance, and monitoring.
- Lead incident response, production debugging, and root cause analysis for mobile issues.
- Improve build systems, CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and app store release processes.
- Support recruitment efforts and contribute to building a high-performing mobile engineering team.
- Advocate for performance improvements across rendering, navigation, latency, memory usage, offline functionality, caching, and real-time interactions.

Interview Process
After application submission, a review period of 3 to 5 days occurs, occasionally longer due to volume. If a potential match is identified, the process includes a 40-minute recruiter screening, a 90-minute technical interview, and a 60-minute final interview.
