Responsibilities
- Lead cost management and quantity surveying tasks from project start to finish.
- Develop, update, and oversee cost estimates, cost plans, and financial reporting.
- Create and audit Bills of Quantities following recognized industry standards.
- Assist in procurement by preparing tender documents and evaluating submissions.
- Offer commercial guidance on contract selection, procurement methods, and tender procedures.
- Oversee project budgets and track cost performance throughout project lifecycle.
- Conduct interim valuations, assess variations, and negotiate final account settlements.
- Foster and maintain productive relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members when required.

- Provide commercial advice on procurement routes, contract strategies, and tendering processes.
- Manage project budgets and monitor cost performance.
- Undertake valuations, variations, and final account negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate.
