HP IQ is hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed test strategies that support product objectives, system design, and user experience expectations.
  • Build and sustain automated testing frameworks for functional, regression, and integration test cycles.
  • Work closely with development, product, UX, and design teams to integrate quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Set and monitor key quality indicators, analyze defect trends, and communicate insights via reports and visual dashboards.
  • Develop and promote best practices in test planning, execution, and documentation while guiding junior QA team members.
  • Develop tools and infrastructure to enable continuous integration, rapid feedback, and broad test coverage.
  • Anticipate upcoming testing demands across cloud, edge, and device layers to help shape the future direction of QA strategy.
