Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to support the development, testing, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Design clear, thorough, and logically organized automated test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and monitor software defects while conducting in-depth root cause investigations.
- Execute automated test scripts and perform limited manual testing to replicate and examine backend functional issues.
- Conduct exploratory testing on new, unreleased features by evaluating their requirements, expected behaviors, and system impact.
