Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and user stories to detect uncertainties, potential risks, and areas lacking testability
- Create and sustain test plans, test cases, validation checklists, and requirement traceability while generating reusable test data that matches functional expectations
- Carry out manual testing for new features, covering functional, smoke, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing
- Evaluate test coverage, detect missing areas, assess risk priorities, and enhance coverage using both manual and automated methods to strengthen release reliability
- Build, revise, and maintain Selenium WebDriver test frameworks in C# for smoke, functional, and end-to-end test suites
- Run automated regression test sets, interpret outcomes, diagnose failures, and work with developers to pinpoint root causes
- Log, categorize, confirm, and monitor defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps, logs, visual evidence, and impact analysis
- Support the advancement of QA standards, tooling conventions, documentation practices, and process enhancements in collaboration with Development and DevOps teams
