Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end QA release workflows, from submission preparation through first-party certification and launch validation
- Lead compliance testing initiatives, including age ratings, legal agreements, and regional regulations, in coordination with external QA partners
- Develop and promote standardized methods for platform-specific testing, regression cycles, and compliance verification
- Work closely with product teams to align test strategies with platform certification standards and real-world user expectations
- Serve as the subject matter expert for first-party platform requirements, including app store submission protocols and technical guidelines
- Define, monitor, and report on key quality metrics to guide decision-making across release cycles
- Supervise and guide junior QA engineers, including evaluating test plans and overseeing test execution
- Oversee third-party testing vendors to ensure deliverables meet established quality benchmarks
- Partner with stakeholders to refine build and asset delivery pipelines for seamless QA integration
- Advocate for player experience during product readiness discussions and recommend enhancements
- Provide senior leadership with clear, actionable insights into QA performance and product quality status ahead of launches
- Articulate quality-related risks clearly and influence prioritization across engineering and production teams
