About the Role
The position involves leading quality assurance initiatives, developing test frameworks, identifying critical bugs, and integrating testing processes throughout the development lifecycle to ensure robust software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement detailed test plans for new and existing features
- Execute manual test cases across multiple platforms and environments
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects
- Perform regression testing to ensure stability after updates
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge-case issues
- Validate API responses and integration points for correctness
- Assess software performance under varying load conditions
- Track and document bugs with clear reproduction steps
- Work closely with product teams to understand requirements
- Ensure compliance with defined quality standards
- Participate in code reviews with a quality-focused perspective
- Monitor production environments for post-deployment issues
- Improve test coverage across frontend and backend components
- Integrate testing into continuous integration pipelines
