We are looking for a Senior Python developer to lead testing and systems development efforts in a complex, multi-language environment. Your primary focus will be designing and implementing functional black box tests for large-scale codebases written in languages such as C, Rust, and Go.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive black box test suites to validate system behavior without access to internal code structures
- Build and maintain Docker environments that guarantee consistent, reproducible builds and testing across platforms
- Track and improve code coverage metrics using automated evaluation frameworks aligned with industry standards
- Integrate large language models—including Roo Code and Claude—into the development workflow to speed up iteration, automate routine coding tasks, and strengthen software reliability
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Python development at a senior level
- Extensive background in functional and system-level testing
- Strong proficiency with Linux-based systems and command-line tools
- Hands-on expertise with Docker for containerization and environment management
- Ability to analyze and understand code written in multiple programming languages, supported by LLM-assisted workflows
- Experience translating technical requirements into migration and testing plans
- Practical use of AI coding assistants such as Roo Code or Claude to enhance productivity and code quality
- Submission of CV in English with indication of English proficiency level
