Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and support backend microservices using Python
- Create and integrate RESTful APIs with features such as authentication, role-based access control, and third-party connections
- Assist in integrating real-time voice communication pipelines using SIP, WebRTC, or LiveKit technologies
- Develop interfaces with external platforms including Zoho CRM and calendar services from Google and Microsoft
- Manage deployment and operations of services on AWS infrastructure, including ECS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, and S3
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD workflows using Bitbucket Pipelines
- Package applications into containers using Docker and Docker Compose for consistent deployment
- Work closely with AI, frontend, and DevOps teams, contributing to code reviews and release cycles
