Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations with healthcare providers to establish contractual agreements
- Analyze market data to identify gaps in network coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network expansion initiatives
- Ensure provider contracts comply with regulatory and organizational standards
- Monitor performance metrics related to provider network effectiveness
- Support onboarding processes for newly contracted providers
- Maintain accurate documentation of all provider agreements and amendments
- Evaluate provider qualifications and credentialing packages
- Address provider inquiries and resolve contractual issues
- Contribute to strategic planning for regional network development
- Track changes in healthcare regulations impacting provider networks
- Develop reports for leadership on network performance and growth
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams during contract development
- Manage relationships with multi-specialty medical groups and clinics
- Assist in designing provider incentive and payment models
- Conduct site visits to evaluate provider facilities when necessary
- Support efforts to improve provider satisfaction and retention
- Utilize data analytics to inform network design decisions
- Participate in system-wide initiatives to standardize contracting practices
- Ensure alignment between network strategy and patient access goals
