Responsibilities
- Design and improve protection and control systems by producing technical documents such as single-line diagrams, schematics, relay settings, SCADA layouts, wiring schematics, design specifications, and interface drawings for transmission and distribution projects.
- Evaluate supplier-submitted designs to verify technical accuracy and alignment with national grid and client-specific standards and policies.
- Act as an independent engineering reviewer for high-voltage clients, assessing design packages and engineering calculations for battery energy storage and renewable energy developments.
- Perform protection coordination studies and compute relay settings using software tools such as ETAP when necessary.
