Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of active design-build projects in water and wastewater infrastructure
- Drive the pursuit and acquisition of new design-build opportunities
- Supervise multidisciplinary design efforts using internal design centers
- Oversee procurement processes for process equipment and subcontracted services
- Manage project schedules, value engineering, and constructability assessments
- Monitor financial performance through cost reporting and budget oversight
- Conduct estimate at completion (EAC) analysis during construction as the lead contractor
