Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of active design build projects in water and wastewater infrastructure
- Take a leading role in pursuing and securing new design build opportunities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts through distributed design centers
- Supervise procurement activities for process equipment and subcontracted services
- Manage project schedules and lead value engineering or constructability assessments
- Maintain oversight of cost tracking and financial controls throughout project lifecycle
- Conduct estimate at completion (EAC) analyses during construction as the primary contractor
