Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational requirements.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
- Design and maintain detailed project plans covering timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk management strategies.
- Guide Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies, adapting approaches to suit project demands.
- Coordinate remote and hybrid teams across development, quality assurance, and architecture functions.
- Strengthen governance through consistent reporting, stakeholder updates, and executive-level reviews.
- Monitor and resolve risks, issues, and escalations promptly to maintain delivery momentum and client satisfaction.
- Enforce compliance with quality standards, SDLC protocols, and best-in-class delivery practices.
- Champion improvements in team performance, delivery speed, and process efficiency.
- Support AI-driven projects in line with organizational direction and guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 12 years in project management, with at least 4 years serving as a Scrum Master.
- Extensive background in software development lifecycles and managing testing and development efforts.
- Proven success delivering projects of varying scale within Agile frameworks.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and external clients effectively.
- Capable of managing client-facing responsibilities and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Skilled in problem-solving within high-pressure, multi-project settings.
- Experienced in mentoring teams and cultivating a cooperative, results-driven culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
