Responsibilities
- Manage concurrent projects across various departments, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and financial constraints
- Oversee full lifecycle project execution including planning, solution development, budget oversight, team resourcing, and risk mitigation
- Evaluate current workflows and operational procedures to uncover inefficiencies and convert findings into clear, actionable requirements
- Improve processes using modeling techniques, data-driven insights, and identification of operational gaps
- Lead organizational change initiatives, focusing on seamless adoption and securing stakeholder support
- Orchestrate collaboration among diverse teams during the integration of technology, systems, and business processes
- Maintain consistent stakeholder alignment through requirement collection, progress reporting, and expectation coordination
