Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across departments, ensuring delivery within timeline, scope, and budget constraints
- Oversee full lifecycle project execution, including planning, solution design, budgeting, resource planning, and risk mitigation
- Evaluate existing workflows and operational processes to uncover inefficiencies and convert findings into clear, actionable requirements
- Advance operational efficiency through process modeling, data interpretation, and gap analysis
- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and active stakeholder engagement
- Orchestrate collaboration among diverse teams to integrate systems, processes, and technology platforms
- Maintain consistent stakeholder alignment through requirement collection, progress reporting, and expectation coordination
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in project management
- Professional background in Business Analysis or Product Management
- Demonstrated success in optimizing business processes and executing changes in product or operational environments
- Experience leading teams composed of business and technical members
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in English
Nice to Have
- Direct experience integrating AI into products or workflows with quantifiable outcomes
- Skill in using no-code or low-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, or similar tools
