Responsibilities
- Manage several concurrent projects across various departments, ensuring delivery within timeline, scope, and budget constraints
- Oversee full lifecycle project execution including planning, solution design, budget oversight, resource coordination, and risk mitigation
- Evaluate current workflows and operational procedures to detect inefficiencies and convert findings into clear, actionable requirements
- Advance process optimization using techniques such as process modeling, data interpretation, and gap analysis
- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective transitions and securing support from key stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams to integrate systems, processes, and technology solutions
- Maintain consistent stakeholder engagement through requirement collection, progress reporting, and expectation alignment
